JKBL is committed to making all of its content freely available to the public immediately upon publication. We adhere to the following principles:

• Open Access: All articles published in JKBL are open access and freely available online with no subscription or paywall required, ensuring immediate and unrestricted access to the public as per Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) principles.
• License: Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), allowing others to share, reuse, and adapt the work with proper attribution, and to distribute derivative works under the same license.
• Peer Review: All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure high academic standards.
• Accessibility: Published articles are indexed with DOI for easy discovery and access.
• Article Processing Charges (APCs): We have Article Processing Charges (APCs), with waivers available.
